I made this new layout, and I'm looking for suggestions for improvement. I don't mind being harshly critic'd, but your insults need a purpose and a possible solution. Thanks!

I think it's a pretty good base, what l would suggest is some "shine" or "gloss" added to the buttons, and content boxes.

| Which tutorial would you suggest for that? Ive tried looking up reflection tutorials, and you know, there is a point when something becoms to popular to find, lol. |

actually you wouldn't be looking for reflection, but more of a "shine" or "gloss" effect...
Try these on for size:

| You could also use some burn and dodge on the Metalic arm parts of your Logo there, to give them a little more depth, if that's what you're going for. |
