im kinda new here and ive been lookin for a tutorial dat can explain me how to make dis font or effect or maybe there is a progrma for it so if any one can help me i wit this i wud appriciate

i need the text effect like the euro hype it says on the cd and any other program dat can help how to make abstract backgrounds and cool borders i wud i apriciate it Very Happy
