how to make dragons eye in photoshop cs2

hi l got phtosohop cs2 can someone help me and tell me how to make the dragons eye like this:

if you have a pic of a dragons eye, open it in photoshop, then take the picture you want in the eye and paste it into a new layer above the dragon eye. now make sure the new layer is selected and go through all of the blending modes and use the opacity/fill sliders as well.
