| This is a very good idea ... my intentions are to add the good tutorials posted here, to the actual database of tutorials on within the rest of the site. However l wouldn't have time to do such a thing until things settle down in my business. Usually they do closer to the end of the year, as taxes start to hit businesses. But thanks for the suggestion, perhaps l'll look into coding a sub forum system, that would do the trick, no? |

It should already be implimented, your running PHPBB. Just make a new forum named "Top Tutorials" or something like that and lock it from normal posting. Then set up a mod group (either your existing mods or a new one; you can have a set of mods that can only mod a certain forum)and have them move the good tutorials to that thread.
This is assuming that you haven't crippled PHPBB at all, which I guess I shouldn't assume, but it wouldn't be that hard to do. |
