Im really trying to get the hang of clean simple biz style site as most my work been for indy record companies and Artist, they seem to like flash in your face stuff.

I got this idea from a tutorial but took it my own direction tell me what you think!

that looks pretty dang good to me BluI.

You know, l am also in a similar quandry... l need to clean things up, use heavy CSS, limit images, and stream line optimization on the layouts l do for my clients, and for my own sites... problem is l'm so used to "decking" sites out with high end // broadband boundary pushing sites that when l design a site with a simple header/nav l just think it looks dull to me Sad

In any event... good work on this one.

Suggestion: why not changing the color of the "news" "updates" "collaborations" left sidebar to a lighter shade of grey, perhaps: #f2f2f2

---
actually just opened it in photoshop to show you the changes "i'd" make to it, to help break it up a bit... quick throw together.. don't know why l did this, but here it is: [link]

(sorry if it offends you to have me mess with YOUR work)
