CSS Layout Tutorial?

I was wondering if anyone could provide a link to a good starter CSS layout tutorial. I use css to do margins, padding, colours etc, but wouldn't have a clue how to make layouts using CSS, so I'm using cluttered old tables haha.

I haven't really gotten any great websites for CSS layouts, but might l suggest an amazing book:



Bulletproof Web Design : Improving flexibility and protecting against worst-case scenarios with XHTML and CSS (Paperback)

Used for 17 bucks on amazon, and it's worth every penny. (if you have a basic understanding of CSS and HTML that is -- this is for intermediate folk.
